Click the Upload/Insert icon. This gives you the option of dragging and dropping media to the box, or browsing your computer, media lbrary or Internet for assets. The only hitch is a 2MB maximum file size, so video and audio are out.

This loads the image to the gallery. From there, give it alternate text and a caption, choose size and alignment, and insert into the post
